Nada. Zero. Zilch. Our group fitness training is completely FREE and you can take a class as often as you like. This is included with all our memberships.


Great question.  Come by the front desk and we will sign you up for an introductory session where you can meet a trainer to discuss your fitness goals. You can also attend any of our organized classes.

Our EXPRESS CIRCUIT takes only 30 minutes, provides cardio and strength exercises and can be done at anytime on your own or in a group class.    We offer 10 cardio stations and 10 resistance machines which combined allow you to train each muscle group.    Follow the green and red lights to for your training and rest times.  Green means go, red means rest:   once complete you will achieved a great total body workout.
