I did not feel intimidated after a few minutes. The staff were all walking around with big smiles.. I thought gyms were supposed to be intense?? I felt like I had been going there for years.. on top of that.. I was shocked to see their manager on his hands and knees cleaning alongside staff! Really impressed!
